Fit Brains for Kids: Sparky's Adventures App Reviews

This subscription access is a scam! The app requires a paid subscription fee to access its functionality. After paying for both the individual user fee (14.99) and the family subscription fee ($29.99), nothing works. Unfortunately, I am only now seeing the list of complaints in the review section. Im now out $45 and dealing with an unresponsive app and customer service. Apple, you guys really need to protect your users as well as the integrety of your App Store which I have trusted.

Keeps crashing when I try to on going to Parents Corner

Great game but it doesnt work after you pay. Since its a subscription and not an app purchase, the App Store cant refund. All customer support contact info is inactive. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

Bought the package and it doesnt open.

bought the yearly pack. it does not unlock the games. keeps saying you need to upgrade. my kid is heartbroken. apple, explain this to my 6 yr old daughter!! ????

Wont upgrade although i paid for service, poor, my granddaughter likes the basic games. Shame

No helping parents, they need to play it on their own to really learn. They will get it even if they cant read yet.

My 2 year old loved this app for the 10 minutes she could play it. I purchased the subscription, but the app will not recognize that I have subscribed. Emails, tweets, and Facebook messages go unanswered. Dont waste your time with this app until they fix the problems.

My son loved the free version so we upgraded for the full 12 month subscription. It does not work! Its an expensive upgrade that my son paid for part of. I hope the developer is ashamed for stealing money from a child. Either fix the app so it works or give our money back!!!!

It may be a good app, but I have a few issues. Although I have paid I cant access the paid content. I see others have this issue. The app closes about 15 seconds in so I cant even get in to tell them to stop billing me so now the search begins. They like other apps out there charge you every 12 months on renewal with no warning. I dont have any service I subscribe to that does this without warning besides these cruddy apps. I guess Im old school where I believe you be upfront about billing and give someone a chance to cancel a subscription they are not using instead of just billing for it without warning. So for these types of things I guess I just need to put reminders on my calendar to check in a year before subscription comes out. Seems to me like an unethical way to run a business, but thats just my opinion.

Looks like it would have been an awesome app, but you cant get past the sample trial. I paid for the year subscription but it never unlocked the app. Tried to email support but not answer.

This could be good but your kids will gat excited and than have their heart broken. A real rip off

my kids love fit brains games on the web, but the brain trainer app was a bit sterile for them… this one makes it fun again!

My 3 year old loves playing this game. She thinks its fun and enjoys building her playground and I love that the game keeps adapting to challenge her more!

My child really loves this app. Nice to see an app that is fun and good for them!

I purchased the 1yr subscription and the kids brain games are the same and repitious. Need more diversity in games
