Ive bought the upgrade version and it doesnt work. No support at all.

Poor customer service....paid for the 1 year upgrade and the game never upgraded...still unable to use....zero response from customer service...dont waste your time or money!!!!!

My son loves this app. Unfortunately when I go into the parent corner to update and pay for the membership it freezes and closes. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

App crashes all the time and when it does work its says I never upgraded. I DID UPGRADE! Now I am out $21 for the subscription... no refund... What a joke this app is.

I paid for a year subscription and it just automatically renewed. It was quite expensive so I logged into parent corner to change my subscription. Everytime I attempt to log in it boots me out. So Ive now paid 60 for an app I cant even use!!!! I want to cancel this but I cant. Give me my money back. I also cant log into app support.

Ap wouldnt work. It was hard to turn off the automatic renewal and they wouldnt refund us after wed been charged again and the ap still didnt work.

Its a great app for kids but every time I try to go to the parents corner it crashes.

I too had subscription issues to include duplicate charges and limited access -even after I paid for a subscription duplicate times. Compounding the subscription issues, both the internal and external links to customer support do NOT work. Making it impossible to contact Rosetta Stone to have the issues resolved. The game itself is sound, however, the SUBSCRIPTION OPTION IS A SCAM! Rosetta, get your act together and refund the duplicate subscriptions, fix the broken links to customer support, or face a class action suit for fraud. Apple, hold your developers accountable and protect the Apple name by banning ALL Rosetta Stone Apps from the App Store until such time as they meet developer requirements.

Bought the premium subscription, but cannot play...tried to contact about issue but message would not send. What a waste of money and time. Shame on Rosetta Stone! Other people have the same problem but nothing has been done to correct it!

Its a $12.00 app. You get 1 play on the free version then are directed to pay to continue.

The app is nice when it works. My son enjoyed playing it for a while but seamed to get bored because it would give rewards to often. We had removed it at on point because of storage space. When it renewed, I downloaded to either get him to play more or stop renewal. He played for about 20 minutes for free...did not acknowledge renewal...and now it kicks us off when try to do anything. Have contacted Rosetta Stone to fix.

The app crashes ever since iOS 10 was released. Im sure theyve received numerous reports and Im wondering whats the holdup?

Like the other reviewers/subscribers, I cant get the "upgrade" to actually go through even though I see the subscription on my Apple iTunes Store account. Contacted customer support and no response yet. Today, I went in to re-install and see if that reset anything, but now it crashes before I even get to the parents corner. after looking at the dates on the other reviews with similar issues, maybe its just better to ask apple for a refund and hope Lumosity or Elevate offer a competitive early childhood brain training product. Looks like the last software update was June 2015.

My 3 year old loved the free app so I upgraded to a year subscription. Now, it wont let him play at all! Im planning to contact Apple for a refund. Dont purchase!!

I purchased the 12 month subscription...didnt not upgrade the game. Now my child cant play the game or anything. Try their website to fix problem, says it doesnt exist. I want my money back.
