Apple needs to intervene. App is a fraud

I too had subscription issues to include duplicate charges and limited access -even after I paid for a subscription duplicate times.

Compounding the subscription issues, both the internal and external links to customer support do NOT work. Making it impossible to contact Rosetta Stone to have the issues resolved.

The game itself is sound, however, the SUBSCRIPTION OPTION IS A SCAM!

Rosetta, get your act together and refund the duplicate subscriptions, fix the broken links to customer support, or face a class action suit for fraud.

Apple, hold your developers accountable and protect the Apple name by banning ALL Rosetta Stone Apps from the App Store until such time as they meet developer requirements.
